The space Our cozy apartment by the village fountain – a former barn – offers 130 m² of living space on three levels, which are connected by spiral staircases. Our apartment offers: - Entrance with small hallway and wardrobe - Large living room with TV and a huge cuddly sofa, as well as two cuddly armchairs - Modern, well-equipped kitchen for cooking together - Cozy dining area to enjoy - A spacious bathroom with a dry sauna, to recharge your batteries and to get your immune system going again - Washing machine/dryer - A small bathroom with toilet and sink - Two quietly located bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, for relaxing and for a good night's sleep - Spacious dressing room - office workstation - Outdoor balcony with tables and chairs for good conversations, with a delicious glass of wine and a view of our wonderful, natural farm garden - Wi-Fi access Resources: Location: The holiday apartment by the village fountain is located in the idyllic center of Hundsangen. The traditional village is nestled in meadows and forests – between Frankfurt and Cologne – in the Westerwaldkreis. Here you can fully enjoy the tranquility. What Hundsangen has to offer: Hundsangen with its historic town hall has a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlor, village pub, children's playgrounds, outdoor swimming pool, park-like tree nursery, riding stable, bank self-service center, gas station, post office, nurseries, doctor's offices, dentist's office, physiotherapy practice, hairdressers, ... Parking: Free parking is available directly on Brunnenstraße. Your bike will find a dry place in the designated bike room. Kitchen: A modern, well-equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker/kettle and all cooking utensils awaits you. Bedrooms: Two quietly located bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed – (1.40 m x 2.00 m & 1.80 m x 2.00 m). The beds are already covered when you arrive. If it's a little cooler, an extra fleece blanket is available to everyone. Dressers, closets and lockers with hangers for storing your clothes and shoes can be found in the separate dressing room. Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks, toilet, sauna, hair dryer, washing machine and clothes rack. A sauna towel, shower towel and hand towel are available to each guest. Washing lotion is located at the sink. Sauna: A sauna is available daily for relaxation and recharging. After the sauna, you can cool off on the balcony or in the spacious bathroom. Sauna towels and oils can be found in the bathroom. Please bring your own slippers and bathrobe. You can conveniently pay the cost of actual use upon your departure. Other things to note The basic price is for two people. Each additional person costs €25.00.
