Welcome to Seaside Sea-Esta at Regency Towers. From the moment you walk in the front door, you will breathe a sigh of amazement with the beautiful Gulf view. Be ready to relax and unwind. Located on the 3rd floor, you will be able to use the stairs when the elevators are busy. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Billiard Room, summer activities, and so much more. The space This unit is an updated spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condo (one king bed and two full size beds) with a queen sofa sleeper and/or a twin trundle bed, fully stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.) and a full-size stacked washer/dryer. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room and take in the amazing sunset views. During your stay, you can enjoy either of the two pools, one of which is heated year-round, and a large indoor hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool, small weight room, a billiards/poker room, outdoor grills, corn hole and more. Enjoy the new onsite Sandbar at Regency Towers where you can order delicious and filling snacks/meals and of course your favorite cocktail drink or beer. Summertime has a variety of events, such as karaoke night, movies on the lawn and more. The entry closet and outside storage bin is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Board games are also provided. Outside of the building complex, you will find a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and many places to enjoy live music every night of the week. There are also many attractions, such as miniature golf, Go-Karts, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and so much more. As the owner, I take great pride in keeping the unit up to date and comfortable so that it feels like home. I invite you to escape and have a relaxing Seaside Sea-Esta!! -Building complex is gated and ensures safe parking and 24-hour security. -Must be 25 or older to book room. -No Smoking, No Pets -$40 Registration fee collected at check in for up to one secured parking spot and access to all amenities. A second parking pass is allowed for an additional $15. -An additional $50 Cleaning fee will be charged for 6 or more guests. You will receive a Request to Pay directly from Airbnb after booking. -This unit is non-ADA compliant and may not be equipped for larger wheelchairs. Contact me for specific measurements of doorways. Guest access There is a door in the front entryway that is full of beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use and enjoy a day on the beach. The storage chest on the balcony has beach toys for our younger guests and pool noodles. Other things to note I provide a start up amount of other essentials which is a common practice in Panama City Beach. -One complete roll of toilet paper in each bathroom -Two laundry detergent pods (one for you and one to use at check-out to start the towels to wash. -Two trash bags
