Spacious 3 + kk apartment with fireplace just a few minutes from SkiResort Černý Důl. It offers two separate bedrooms, a quality interior and 1 parking space on the property. Ideal for 4 adults or a family with children (possibility of using a sofa bed). The accommodation works without hotel operation, with self check-in and an emphasis on privacy. A private sauna is available at an additional cost. The space The 3+kk apartment is located on the ground floor of the lower building B. There are two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Not intended as a full bed for 2 adults. The apartment is therefore comfortable especially for 4 adults or a family with children. For larger groups of adults, we recommend booking two apartments for maximum comfort during your stay. The equipment includes towels, bed linen and basic hygiene items. The kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and standard utensils for comfortable cooking. Each apartment has 1 dedicated parking space on the property. Additional parking on the premises is not possible. Arrival is in the form of self check-in via a key safe. SAUNA: During your stay, you have the opportunity to use a private sauna designed exclusively for guests of the Pampeliška apartments. A sheet (1/person) is included in the price of the accommodation. Terms of use: - The sauna must be booked in advance for a specific time. - The price is 900 CZK / 1.5 hours. After the sauna, please restore the space to its original state (garbage, wiping water from the floor, etc.) so that it is ready for the next guests. Check-in is self-service via a key safe, allowing flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. We send detailed instructions before arrival. Each apartment has 1 dedicated parking space on the property. Additional parking on the premises is not possible. The accommodation functions as separate apartments without a 24-hour reception or staff. However, we are available to you by phone and messages throughout your stay. Other things to note Apartments Pampeliška are located in two separate buildings - the upper building A and the lower building B. The price includes accommodation, energy, wood for the fireplace, cleaning and linen. The local fee of CZK 30/person/night is included in the price. Pampeliška Apartments function as a separate accommodation without hotel service and reception. Upon arrival, the apartment is ready with basic amenities for the start of your stay. There is an approximate amount of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets (approx. 1 pc per day of stay) and basic hygiene supplies. In the case of a longer stay, guests are responsible for their own consumables. Towels and bed linen are available according to the number of people. For hygienic reasons, we do not provide food or open ingredients (e.g. salt, spices, oil, etc.). The apartments are equipped with a coffee machine, but we do not provide coffee - guests can bring their own coffee beans according to their preference. Thank you for your understanding.
