House in the pine tree cove

The house has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven and other utensils. There's room for two cars on the lot. The house is about a 15-minute walk to Pinheira Beach and a 10-minute drive to Guarda do Embaú. I (Ana) manage the ad for my grandmother, who owns the house and lives on the second floor of the back house. The entrances are different and the patio space is entirely for the guest :)
