Other things to note - You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. - 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. Nonrefundable pet fee will apply. - The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid. - 3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $50 per night must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. - Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. - We only provide a starter pack (laundry pod, dish pod, toilet paper, paper towels) despite the length of your stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.
