Registration number 013087-CIM-00003 The space The spacious villa is laid out over 2 floors, with the bedrooms on the ground floor, with direct access out to the pool and the living area on the 1st floor to maximise the stunning lake views. It is light and airy with large patio doors in most rooms. It is stylishly furnished throughout. Wifi and TV: There is free wifi throughout the property. There is satellite TV with English-speaking channels only Guest access Ground floor:4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1 – double bedroom with lake views Bedroom 2 – double bedroom with lake views and direct access to pool Bedroom 3 – double bed + single bed with direct access to pool Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds and space for extra single bed, if required at a small extra charge. There are 2 shower rooms on this level, one between bedroom 2 and 3, with a door from each bedroom, making it an en suite serving both bedrooms. A further shower room is located in the hallway serving bedrooms 1 and 4. There is also a washing machine. Additional sleeping accommodation is on the first floor with a double sofa bed. and an additional shower room, making 3 in total. First floor: Designed to make the most of the panoramic lake views, the open plan living dining & kitchen area has full-width patio doors, leading onto s spacious terrace with room to dine and sunbathe. A brand new kitchen has been fitted for summer 2018. There is a large sofa/sofa bed which also provides sleeping accommodation for 2. Steps lead down to the pool level. The pool area can be gated off for safety. Externally: Private and sunny pool with spacious sunbathing areas overlooking the lake. OPEN from 1st April to 31st October Car Parking: There is ample parking space directly below the property and you can drive directly up to the property to deposit your bags/shopping and then reverse back into the parking spaces. The villa is at the beginning of a single-track(tarmac) road and so is very quiet and safe with maybe 1 vehicle per day passing by. The access road is narrow and steep, so not suitable for minibus-type vehicles. Standard people carriers and normal cars are fine. Other things to note Additional Information The property has satellite TV (English channels only), a DVD player and DVD library. There is a large gas BBQ for guests to use. There is a washing machine in the ground floor bathroom. We highly recommend a car, as the walk back from the village of Argegno (approx. 15 minutes) is very steep. A private chef and maid service are available on request. Mid-week clean and linen change available on request.
