The kitchen is open plan onto the living room and has a log burner for those cold winter evenings. The space This is an old Jewellery Manufacturing warehouse which has been repurposed into a mew loft style house. The house is split over three floors with its own entrance into a private courtyard ( the accommodation is over 1st and 2nd floor). Perfect for three sets of couples or groups that also want their own space. Great for contractors and or those wanting a weekend away. Firstly, the Doll’s house is a very hidden development so those liking their privacy and a quiet environment will be in their element! On the ground floor you are welcomed into a corridor entrance. As you step up a right-angled glass staircase, you're greeted to the first bedroom with ensuite (Queen bed with smart TV) . Large drop-down lights brighten the brick industrial featured space! Further on the corridor passes the main bathroom with a rolltop bath and shower. Close by you have the largest of the bedrooms with a king / two single bed make up. Smart TV and electric blinds As you go up the glass spiralling staircase you come to funkiest bedroom with ensuite and big loft style ceilings and roller doors. There is an ensuite attached -Smart TV & Electric blinds). Moving into the lounge you're greeted with a floor to ceiling WOOD FIRE PLACE to keep you cosy for those cold winter evenings. Enjoying a beautiful log burning fire at dinner, playing games or watching the smart TV (Netflix and PRIME). We do have a sofa bed here. The kitchen is full with herbs and spices to help you cook, a wrap around island, free tea and coffee and lots of plates, mugs and cups to entertain or eat take out! (Electric blinds). We have Central heating throughout the property and real wood flooring Bedroom 1 Queen (Smart TV & Electric Blinds) with Ensuite (shower & toilet) Bedroom 2 king or twin bed (smart TV & Electric Blinds) with master bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) Bedroom 3 Queen smart TV & Electric Blinds) with Ensuite ( shower & toilet) WE WILL CONSIDER PETS, HOWEVER, THIS MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH US IN ADVANCE OTHERWISE WE CANNOT ALLOW ACCESS. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property. The path leading to the house is shared with neighbours, so please be respectful and avoid smoking here. There are bins outside in the box and we have a smoking area. Other things to note This is a live wood log burner which requires care and attention. With the cost of wood we provide a starter (circa 8 logs+ kindling) pack to make fires and will replenish this every 3+ days. If you do need more wood you will need to replenish from a local supply
