Welcome to my urban and very different downtown apartment. The apartment has been used as a show apartment for a number of housing magazines, and was presented on the morning show "God morgen Norge" in the light of sustainable renovation. No one lives permanently in the apartment. Started renting on Airbnb in October 2024. The apartment offers, among other things, generous ceiling height and unique material choices. New towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner of good quality have also been purchased. Kitchen utensils, cups and mugs are mostly vintage and of good quality. The apartment has been renovated in a very special way and it is important to note that recycled materials have been used in the construction. The apartment thus does not appear "modern new", but "charming new". A builder has been involved to tailor new solutions to utilize the apartment's area, and furthermore, what I would claim is a masterpiece of a sustainable city center apartment has been built. I want to offer my guests a wonderful experience of comfort and quality during their stay. At the same time, I hope you will be inspired by the apartment's quirky structure. You will find free parking right outside the door, and it takes you about 2 minutes to walk down to the downtown streets, to the hospital and to the college.
