Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home (95 square meters) in a terraced house location has a generous amount of space. Behind the house is a cozy terrace and a large fenced garden and lawn area. The terraced house, located close to the outskirts, offers excellent opportunities for walkers and cyclists to enjoy nature in a maximum of 5 minutes on beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations offer everything your heart desires. The space The property is a complete house with 3 floors. On the first floor, there is a cloakroom, a guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with its own dining area, and a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and a large table for shared game nights or festive occasions. From the living room, you can access the south-facing terrace with a sun awning and the large, fully fenced garden with a beautiful lawn. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, furnished in different styles, two of which have double beds and one of which has a single bed. Bed linens and towels are provided and included. All bedrooms have large wardrobes or dressers, a small desk, and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms has access to the south-facing balcony. Also on this level is the beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower. In the basement, a washing machine and tumble dryer are installed in a spacious laundry room. There is also a shower and a toilet in the basement. Guest access The accommodation is designed as a residential unit and you have full use as our guest. Other things to note Our vacation home is located in a quiet residential area with very nice neighbors. We maintain a good neighborhood, which is why observing the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am is very important to us. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The terrace and balcony are available for this purpose.
