This is a beautiful house located in the private, gated community of MarAmar, just steps from the best surf spot at La Lora. The house has large balconies surrounded by forest with partial ocean views. The space The house has two levels. On the first level, there is a spacious living room, perfect for spending time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eco-filter, espresso machine, rice cooker, coffee maker, oven, large refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for cooking. There’s also a small bathroom and a terrace with a lounge area, barbecue, and dining table, where you can enjoy meals with a view of the ocean. You can often see monkeys moving through the trees nearby. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin bed, while the second bedroom has two double size beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and plenty of space for storing clothes and luggage. Both rooms also have their own terrace. The house is located near the bottom of the MarAmar hill. Please note that the living room fan is not working, but the house is fully air-conditioned.
