5 bdrm lakefront cabin @ Pigeon Lake 1hr from Edmn

Make summer or winter memories at our lakefront cottage. There's so much to do here! Summer has swimming, fishing, trail jogging, bike riding, 3 golf courses, walks, BBQ, 2 outdoor fire pits, and more. In winter it's XC skiing, skating, sauna, fireplace, ice-fishing, snow shoe, stargazing, board games, reading, and movies on our big TV . The lake is great for kids as it is shallow a long ways out. We have 50' of treed and private shoreline. After latest renos we now have 2 full kitchens! The space Our property consists of a 2 storey 4 season cottage and also includes a basement where we have a TV room and a separate space for a queen sized bed. The main floor has the entrance area with lots of room for coats and jackets, a full five piece bathroom, the kitchen, a combined dining / living room, and the outdoor deck overlooking the lake. The top storey has a half bath, and three bedrooms and a arranged as a huge master bedroom with king size bed and private deck facing the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the kids room has two single beds. The basement has a dual purpose room containing a queen size bed, but also a large sofa and a 65" TV with streaming channels. The bunkhouse / garage is a separate building. It has heat and electricity but no water (and therefore no bathroom). This building is half bunkhouse which can easily sleep four guests. There are some kitchen essentials in here such as a hot plate, toaster oven, and a mini-fridge. There is also a large wooden deck on grade out front of this building. The garage side of this building is not for guest access. The plot of land is quite large and is sort of pie shaped. It is 50 feet wide at the lake's shore line, and 100 feet wide at the back yard. The yard is done done in grass and is big enough for kids to run around and play. The yard also has raspberry bushes to enjoy, so help yourself. Guest access Guests can make use of (almost) our entire property: The main cottage, and the bunk house, our private lakefront "oasis", and the large back yard behind the cottage. The only areas where guests don't have access are a few closets in the main cottage where we keep our clothes and a few personal effects, and the garage where I have some tools and other items that may be dangerous for little ones. Other things to note There are a few parts of our cottage that guests cannot access where we store our personal items. A closet on the main floor, and a closet on the 2nd floor, and a closet in the basement. Nothing interesting in the closets - just some of our clothing, toiletries, and other odds and ends. Also, we have cats that often come out to the cottage with us, so be advised in case you are allergic to cats.
