Electric bill can range from minimum RM500 a month to RM1500 depending on your usage. 💲Water RM2.90 (unit price) Average monthly bill is RM50-100. Apartment cleaning services is available, priced at RM100.00 per cleaning session. Room doors that are locked during the duration of stay by accident or on purpose will incur a locksmith fee of RM50 per door. Please pay close attention to the House Rules in the manual. We reserve the right to determine the final recompensation charge if you are caught breaking any of these rules.
