The Geneva Guesthouse provides all you would love in getaway! The space Here in the heart of downtown Geneva, our newly built Guesthouse that opened in 2024, that effortlessly blends luxury, convenience, and exclusivity. We have opulent amenities, including heated radiant flooring, unparalleled accessibility to everything, and a space that provides coziness and privacy. The Guesthouse provides your own parking space and keyless entry at your convenience, but we are available 24 hours a day if you have any questions at all. We have a beautiful garden area during the warm months full of many varieties of fragrant flowers, the wonderful sounds of the birds that have made our backyard their home. You can enjoy your mornings on the patio area if you choose. Within the large private master suite, which is the entire upper level, there are two queen beds for optimal comfort. Luxury surrounds you within this little haven. There is plush bedding and premium linens to provide coziness and comfort. Wake up and enjoy a cup of espresso that is provided for you. There also will be a few treats for you from local shops to welcome you! The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your favorite meals, a stove top and a full counter top oven to bake, air fry or toast your meals. You can enjoy sitting at the bar top style sitting area, with a fun game of scrabble right on the wall! In the living room area, the sleeper sofa can easily convert to a full twin bed, combining comfort and functionality within this space. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body wash by Olaplex and bamboo sheet towels. Toiletries are at hand if you perhaps forget an item, right underneath the sink. Disposable toothbrushes, face wipes, make up remover towelettes and qtips are packaged for you to use at your convenience. A hairdryer is also provided as well as a steamer for that last minute touch up for your outfit! Bathrobes and deposible slippers welcome you as well. Geneva is an adorable town along the banks of the Fox River, exuding old-world charm and modern vibrancy. Its historic downtown is a quintessential blend of 19th-century architecture and contemporary flair. People come from all over to enjoy the wonderful 3rd street! There are constant festivities happening! Through its tree-lined streets it does feels like stepping into a postcard! The Fox River Trail offers breathtaking views for nature enthusiasts and cyclists, tracing along the river's edge. The RiverPark offers serene spots for picnics, leisurely walks, and scenic river views. During warmer months, festivals and events bring the community together, creating a lively and festive atmosphere. People travel from all over to experience Geneva!
