The property comprises four bedrooms (two downstairs and two upstairs) and two bathrooms, plus an extra powder room, offering ample space for comfortable living. 2 TV available: 1 in living room - wifi and LG channels available. LG Channels is LG's free streaming service, offering a wide variety of live and on-demand content on LG Smart TVs. It provides access to over 300 channels, including movies, TV shows, news, sports, and more, without needing to download individual apps. 1 in bedroom 4 - wifi and local channels available. A below-ground pool and spa, sectioned off for entertaining, beckon on warm days, promising hours of relaxation and fun. Other things to note Please note that pool maintainance is every 2week. The pool guy will use our host gate key to access to the pool area only to do the water chemistry check and balance. Scooping leaves etc. Don’t be scared or surprised if you seen them. They won’t access inside of the house. Gardening is every 3 -4 weeks outside only. This property is surrounded by trees, tree leaves are common on the walkways or in the pool as after our check out clean, the leaves will keep dropping. It is not a cleanliness issue. Cobwebs will form after a few days although we have quarterly spider and pest control. You may find dead bugs as it is common after pest control. This is a modern property setting in a semi-rural environment. Windows glasses especially upstairs are not cleaned after each stay, it is common to have some stain, water marks or cobwebs. Outdoor furniture are not cleaned each time, cushions are not washed each time of check out as we don’t have enough time / budget while try to make the cleaning fee affordable for the guests. Please allow human errors for small overlook of certain cleanliness matter such as some items are left under the bed, slightly built up dust due to property unoccupied for a few days. Our cleaners will come back to rectify due to the overlook. Rubbish collection is only weekly on Friday, if you find bins are almost full near the dates, you can use the rubbish bag provided for rubbish disposal before they are emptied. Guests are reminded to roll the bins out Thursday evening to the verge for collection. Multiple reminders will be sent to guests about this as it is so important. Potential noise from back roads occasionally, please read reviews from other guests. Creeks could be dry or low with water level which is seasonal and out of our control. Fishponds near entry are covered with mesh for guests safety ( not looking as good as without) We may update / replace furniture and furnishing. Mostly what you see in the photos are what you get.
