The space There are 4 villas at Villas del Carmen and an ample common area with infinity pool, jacuzzi and lounge area. The gardens throughout the property are stunning and enchanting and the views are unparalleled as we sit right on the central north shore of Lago Atitlan. Guest access You will receive a set of keys. One key is to your private entrance to your suite. The other key unlocks the front gate to the property. We keep this gate locked in order to ensure the security of the property and our guests. Other things to note There are no roads to Jaibalito, making our village uniquely secluded. You will need to take a boat from one of the bigger towns (most arrive from Panajachel). There are public boats that depart every 20-30 minutes from the public dock called Tzanjuyu. If you’d like for us to book a private boat for you just ask and we’d be happy to!
