The home is pet-friendly and features a spacious backyard where dogs can play and unwind. Guests also have access to the garage on the left side of the home, providing convenient space for parking vehicles, storing beach gear, bicycles, coolers, umbrellas, and other vacation essentials. The garage also offers additional covered space and shade during your stay. Located just a short stroll from the beach, you’ll have effortless access to Oak Island’s sandy shores—perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles, or taking long walks along the coastline. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, cable TV, and ample parking. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted. 🌊 Beach Gear Credit Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights (April through October) include a valuable beach gear credit to use during your stay! Choose from a variety of rental options such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more—the choice is yours. 🛏️ What’s Included Linens are included with your reservation and consist of: • Flat and fitted bed sheets • Pillowcases • Bath towels and bath mats • Hand towels • Washcloths 🧼 Welcome Starter Kit To help you get settled, we provide a starter welcome kit with the following items: • 1 trash bag • 1 roll of paper towels • 2 rolls of toilet paper • 1 dishwasher pod • 1 laundry pod • 2 mini shampoo/conditioner • 2 mini hand soaps This kit is intended to get you started upon arrival. 📅 Minimum Stay Requirements Minimum stay requirements vary by season. During peak summer months, there is a 7-night minimum stay with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern. In the slower seasons, there is more flexibility.
