Vivi Palagio in the heart of Chianti Classico

Recently renovated rustic and welcoming Chianti style apartment. Modern and vintage furnishings that make each space distinctive. All the ceilings have typical exposed beams while the living room has a wonderful coffered ceiling. The apartment is located inside an old 1700 building home to a classic "country" school. The accommodation consists of a large living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The space The kitchen is equipped with everything you can find at home: induction hob, electric oven, plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker (remember to bring the powder!) . The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with personal hygiene products. The detergents necessary for cleaning (kitchen and washing machine) are present and the whole house is equipped with linen for the beds, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom offers a double bed, the second bed wide 1,40m and a single bed. In the living room is available a desk to work and in the dining area a table and a sofabed. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Heating is guaranteed by a modern pellet boiler assisted by a comfortable wood stove. On reuqest we provide baby crib and a baby chair. You can spend some chily moments in the communal-shared garden. Windows are equipped with mosquitos screens. Guest access The small Borgo of Palagio, in the heart of Chianti Classico, offers typical views of the greenery of our woods and will allow you to enjoy a stay in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside. Close to the most famous Chianti Classico DOCG companies between Castellina and Radda in Chianti, the Palagio is only 20 minutes away from Siena. The apartment can be reached by asphalt coming from Siena road on a paved roard or from Castellina in Chianti on a mixed road: gravel and paved. Very close to the apartment are available many gravel roads for e-bike, mountain bike trails and competition circuits such as Gran Fondo del Gallo Nero, Eroica, Tuscany Gravel Bike Tour. For walking enthusiasts we are close to the Via Romea Sanese. Possibility to visit Etruscan archaeological sites nearby and medioeval castels. An uncovered spot for car is available beside the house. Other things to note Recently installed air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom. The bedroom has a pedestal fan, and a portable fan can be moved anywhere.
