Walk to Golf from Our 3Bed Home!

Our home is walking distance to Pine Needles Golf Club- home of the 77th US Women's Open, a cart ride to Longleaf Golf Club, and a few miles to Pinehurst No 2. Located less than a mile from downtown and SoPi's famous microbreweries makes it a perfect stay for the US Open! We'll also have the fridge stocked with drinks for you! The space Our home has 3 bedrooms with a total of four full sized beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have a spacious living room, dining area, and Carolina room for all the guests to spread out. There is a washer and dryer available for use as well as fully stocked kitchen. Guest access You have full access to all the rooms in the home. The backyard and tree house are reserved for guests on that listing. Other things to note Violations of smoking, children, additional guests, and unapproved pets will incur a penalty of $100 per violation and cancellation without refund. We charge a $50 pet cleaning fee for 2 dogs or less (pre approved), and a $100 deposit that is immediately refunded after our cleaning team does a run through on the property. Late check out without prior approval will be charged an additional night stay. Thank you for your help in making our place sustainable for all guests!
