Kindly note that on the day of check out, guest are NOT allowed to use the pool. -NO CONDO POOL every wednesday for treatment purposes. To access the swimming pool and beach you may purchase Tambuli Day Use at P1800 weekday or P2000 weekend rate or avail Unit Owners Privilege Pass at discounted fee of P700 per person per day. Access to resort amenities is with a fee of PHP 700 per person to be paid to unit owner to avail of the unit owners discounted privilege pass and requested one week before check in. Kids below 3 years old and below is free of charge. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES: No pets allowed. Strictly NO SMOKING inside and outside the unit. No unregistered guests allowed. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. Please turn off the Aircon, TV, and lights when leaving the premises. Please keep your key with you, lost key has a replacement fee. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. Please take care of the furnishings, any damaged item will be charged accordingly. No rearrangement of the furniture.
