In a building with lift on the 1st floor, it have 2 bedrooms with double beds, a full equipped kitchen, living and dining room and one complete bathroom At Baixa Five Stars apartment you are one step from Chiado and Bairro Alto, close to transports and in a very good location to start exploring our city! The space Our apartment have 2 bedrooms with double beds. Once you arrive you will have the house prepared for you. Guest access Our guests have totaly access to the entire apartment: 2 bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom Other things to note LIFT: Apartment with one lift, please pay attention that the lift is only from the 1st floor. You have to climb stairs till the 1st floor The check in is automatic, in some cases we can do it presential. The day of arrival we send the codes and video explaining how to open and close the door. CLEANINGS: For extra cleanings please request us in advance, we can arrange extra cleanings with an extra cost. For monthly stays, its mandatory to have a cleaning each 15 days, the price is 80€/cleaning with bed linen changed and towels LATE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: There are extra fees that might be applied for late check in or during weekend, this fee must be pay directly to the person that will meet you at the apartment.
