The flat is located in a quiet residence and offers a dream holiday, especially for those who wish to relax and forget the city traffic. A seasonal swimming pool is at your disposal and, given the proximity to the beautiful beach of Porto Istana (a few minutes' walk), there is direct access to the sea via a reserved pedestrian walkway. A shady private unattended parking space will be at your disposal free of charge. The space The flat has been completely renovated on 2024 in ‘Costa Smeralda’ style. The kitchen, beds, wardrobe and sofa are masonry in fresh, relaxing colours. The studio has a separate kitchen separated from the sleeping/living area by a sliding door. You will not suffer from the heat. In addition to air conditioning and a ceiling fan inside, you can dine on a small terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean maquis, cooled by a ceiling fan, and enjoy fantastic sunsets. Although mosquitoes are not the order of the day, just in case, the window in the living room is equipped with a convenient mosquito net. You will NOT find a sofa bed, but a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and a single bunk bed (80x200cm) with memory mattresses. For small children you can use the sofa with bed rail or a cot (0-3 years) available free of charge. Guest access The residence has a swimming pool, tennis/basketball/football court and gardens which can be used free of charge. The pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th.
