I have 2 bedrooms but I live in the apartment, the guest has the option to choose between the bedroom with a double bed OR the bedroom with 2 single beds; the unchosen bedroom is for my use. I have an extra single mattress that can be used in any room. The guest can use the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, utensils and basic products such as oil and salt. The living room with TV is combined with a dining table, fully available to guests. The building is well built, safe and located in a strategic point 5 minutes from the Praia da Costa Mall, the beach and a family square with a playground and food trucks. During your stay Marcelo is an app driver, he has extensive knowledge of the region. Friendly and easy to reach, he can give you tips on tours, meals and everything you need.
