The Primary Studio Unit

A roughly 500 square foot studio unit in what used to be the principal's office at the former Stone Lake Elementary School. Unit is a "hotel room style" consisting of an open space with a queen bed, futton that converts to a double bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Has the option to adjoin with First and Frost King Unit to expand the space to full kitchen, 2 bed/2 bath - see additional listing for pricing & details. Please note this is a dog-friendly property. The space While our apartments offer full privacy, our overnight guests will also have access to shared spaces in the building such as the hallway, The Studio- where guests can drop in to one of our donation-based yoga classes on Tuesday/Saturday at 9:30am or Wednesday at 5:30pm, and may also enjoy use of the gymnasium (with a signed release form found in the unit) and when not in use by other guests- typically reserved Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm by the local pickeball association (message us for info on how to join & play during your stay) and Tuesday from 6 to 7pm for our "Dog & Me" Yoga Class, by reservation only. Central location in the adorable town of Stone Lake, walk to local coffee shop, boutique and bar/restaurants, grocery & laundromat. Guest access We have a half-circle drive by the front entrance for easy parking. If you are pulling a trailer or boat, there is plenty of parking on the right side of the building with pull through access. Other things to note Each unit's access is off of the shared hallway. Property uses city water, we recommend bringing bottled water. Please note that there are no heat vents in the bedrooms, leaving doors open will help with circulation of heat from radiator units in living spaces. Space heaters are available in each room and a heat fan is labeled in the bathroom. Reminder that there is no AC in the unit.
