The space This welcoming, homely farmstead has been lovingly extended with the Guest Rooms having modern en-suites and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Each of room has private en-suite and are large and bright with their own heating and cooling for guest convenience. Featuring a 5 minute access to the Tamar estuary waterfront and close by National Park, beaches and gorge/waterfall trails. The shared dining room has a guest fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, plates and utensils. An outdoor decking area with BBQ is available for guests that enjoy outdoor cooking, with outdoor seating overlooking the garden. The lounge has a wood burning fire that the hosts will light on request and comfortable seating for you to relax and enjoy the views out of the French doors. Guest access Access is by a Pin Code on the Front Door and the hosts, who live on site, will greet you when you arrive and let you have the pin code for your stay. Guest bedrooms have key locks and there is a large dining room and cosy lounge available for guest use. A deck with BBQ and seating is available for all guests to use and overlooks the garden to the front of the house which guests are free to use. During your stay Hosts live on site and will welcome guests on arrival to provide the house entry code and answer any questions they may have. We usually take the lead from guests on how much interaction they like. Other things to note Due to the nature of our property our accommodation is not suitable for children. Rooms are arranged for single adults or couples. The Front Door is for guest use only and has a smartlock fitted. Guests are assigned a pin code on arrival. Check in time is between 2pm and 9pm.
