One bed ensuite accommodation in a peaceful location. The space Welcome to Little Austi – our recently built private space providing the perfect getaway for couples or solo travellers. We are located in the village of Braunton, North Devon and offer the following: - Little Austi is located in a peaceful residential area - Off-road parking - Private seating area - 5 minute drive to Saunton Beach/UNESCO Biosphere - 15 minute drive to Croyde, Putsborough Sands and Woolacombe - 15 minute walk to Braunton village - 20 minute drive to Barnstaple The Space Welcome to our home! Little Austi is named after one of our favourite beaches from our time living in Austinmer, NSW. Little Austi has its own private access and parking for one vehicle on our drive. Keys are kept locked away in the key safe. The unit has a king size bed, sofa and ensuite bathroom; bed linen is provided for your stay. For your comfort there is electric heating in the room and a heated towel rail. There are tea and coffee making facilities, plates, bowls and cutlery available for takeaways or your cereals. There is a bottle opener and fridge so you can keep your milk and a few beers cold too. The village and surrounding locations have fantastic places for breakfast, lunch and dinner too! There is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk provided. Please note, there is no oven, hob or microwave. Breakfast is not provided. The ensuite has an electric shower and heated towel radiator. We have supplied hand and bath towel for the length of your stay. Little Austi has wifi and a smart TV. If you would like to watch some of your favourite shows on Netflix, Disney, iPlayer or Amazon, these are available for guests to use with their own accounts. There is a small seating area for guests to use. The area to the side and rear of Little Austi is suitable for bike and Surfboard storage. There is an outside tap and hose which is perfect for rinsing out your wetsuits. Little Austi is in the grounds of our family home, in a peaceful neighbourhood which we adore.
