Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy an oasis of peace with our luxurious beach house located just 1.5 hours from the heart of Cebu! It is a modern Asian-inspired beach house that sits in a 500 sqm lot. Has direct access to the beach, with infinity swimming pool, full kitchen, veranda, spacious lush garden, spacious living room and 3 bedrooms that fit 8 persons, up to a maximum of 11 persons. It is a quite and safe neighborhood. We have a caretaker who can assist you with your needs. The space We have 3 spacious bedroom with their own bath and toilet. With 2 powder rooms and an outdoor shower. Direct access to the beach. Some portions of the beach are rocky because we chose to preserve its natural state, however, we have aqua shoes that you can borrow. The beach is clean and offers a spectacular sunrise. The bedrooms and living room areas are inspired by Filipino designs like the solihiya and wooden furniture. All rooms are fully airconditioned including the living area. Guest access The guests can use all rooms except the small room reserved for the caretakers and their kids. Our caretaker are very helpful and their kids are well-behaved. Other things to note The property is located at Alfonso Drive, Canamucan, Compostela. It is in the northern part of Cebu, around 1.5 hours by car. Please manage your expectations about the beach it is not all sand, there are some parts that are quite rocky. However, the waters are very clean and we can provide aqua shoes for you to protect your feet. A few meters after the rocky portion there is already the sandy part where you can better enjoy it.
