On the ground floor of the building, the restaurant La Consentida offers you a 10% discount on food and beverages during your stay. This ad offers 1 beautiful suite with living room, bathroom and private balcony, equipped with internet TV and Netflix, air conditioning, among other amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay. The space We are located in Colonia La Veleta, a few minutes by car from downtown, the archaeological zone, and Tulum's beach area. The building has 3 floors, on the ground floor is the La Consentida bar restaurant that during your stay offers you a 10% discount on food and beverages. On the first and second floors, the 10 rooms are properly equipped for your rest. On the third floor is the lounge area, pool and a bar with restaurant services. When the bar closes at 1:00 am, the access gate to this area is closed. We offer daily cleaning service. It is optional. To have this service, you must place the sign on the room door between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. We respect your privacy and decision. Laundry service is available at an additional cost and must be requested between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Guest access During your stay you have access to the third floor area where the pool, lounge chairs and bar with restaurant service are located. When the bar closes at 1:00 am, the access door to this area is closed.
