This home also backs to the gorgeous Eagle River Green Belt that runs along the beautiful Eagle River and has access to extensive hiking trails, literally right out your back door! Thank you!* Freshly renovated, this 4/5 bedroom/3 bath lodge has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or a full week stay in Alaska. The living room offers a sectional sofa, smart tv and huge windows with a fabulous view. There is internet available during your stay subject to possible unforeseen interruptions in service that are beyond our control. There are children's games available in the downstairs living room and a hot tub right outside this area. Adjoined to the living room is the dining area with table and chairs for 10 and an island bar in the kitchen with seating for 2. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking. A list of items available in the kitchen are: coffee pot, toaster, microwave, knives, pots&pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, casserole dishes, strainer, wine opener, pot holders, silverware, griddle, coffee cups and hot pads. Tin foil, saran wrap, bags, spices, coffee are not supplied. A starter set of garbage bags and dishwasher liquid and powder are included but will not last more than a few days. Two bedrooms are located on the main level and offer queen beds. A full bath is located on the main level and is shared by those staying in the two main level bedrooms . Bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for guests. There are 12 sets of towels for guests to use and a small starter set of soap, shampoo and body wash. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd level and offers a full bathroom that is not shared. There are french doors that extend from this bedroom to a reading area with a rocking chair. There are two closets available. The 4/5 bedrooms are located downstairs next to the additional living room. One of these bedrooms offers a smart tv, recliner and 2 dressers to hold clothing. The 5th office/bedroom does not have any windows and is just large enough to fit a queen size bed in it. This room does have a door that closes but does not have any closet or extra space other than for the bed. The downstairs living room area has a sofa bed, smart tv, pool table and card table. There is a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer located downstairs. This property is peaceful and in a beautiful setting; it’s a great place to unwind and hang out. The lodge is close to many great hikes and Alaska sights and a perfect place to stay for families and large groups. Large deck and yard for all type of family games such as volleyball and corn hole. Eagle River is a 30 minute drive to Anchorage. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and walks of life to enjoy our home and experience dreamy Alaska! Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except the detached garage and owner's closet. There are occasional maintenance personnel that will utilize the detached garage and may be on site that do work on the exterior of the property during your stay. It is impossible to inform guests when exterior maintenance personnel will be coming and going. Other things to note Wildlife Caution: As Alaska is wild, please be mindful of wildlife that although rarely, may wander near the property. Parking Fee: None Garbage Rules: There are two large garbage cans located on the deck for you to leave your garbage upon departure. Any garbage that cannot fit into these two garbage cans will result in an excessive garbage fee of $50 that will be deducted from security deposit. Please take the excess garbage to the Anchorage Regional Landfill (ARL). It is located at the intersection of the Glenn Highway and Hiland road, near the community of Eagle River, Alaska. The address is 15500 E. Eagle River Loop Rd, Eagle River, AK 99577. Downstairs Living Room: Please do not leave any children unattended in the downstairs living room. The hot tub is located right outside this area. The laundry room and pool table are to be used by adults only. The dart board is unavailable for guests to use at this time. Events and Parties: On occasion, the host will allow events and parties but it must be approved with host prior to arrival. Please do not have more guests than the allotted amount of people specified in your Airbnb reservation or you will be subject to losing security deposit. Outdoor Security Camera: There is an outdoor security camera attached to the garage. The outdoor parking area is the only part of the property that is monitored.
