Beach House in Ensenada Honda

Beautiful relaxing and fun beach house, located in "Ensenada Honda" on the main road 9 that connects the cities of Cumaná and Carúpano, located within a private and closed development, which is called "Pueblito de Ensenada Honda". From the moment you enter the development, it feels like being in a Spanish colonial village. The house is built on a hill, which allows you to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the Araya peninsula, really a dream! The space This beautiful relaxing and fun beach house, named Hipocampo, is located specifically in "Ensenada Honda", just before the well-known "curva del sapo". This is the road that connects the cities of Cumaná and Carúpano, both in the State of Sucre. The house is located within a private and gated development, which is called "Pueblito de Ensenada Honda". From the moment you enter the development, it feels like being in a small Spanish colonial town. The house is built on a hill, which allows you to enjoy wonderful views from the moment your vehicle accesses it. The house has: Master bedroom (double bed) Secondary bedroom (two single beds plus a sofa bed) Two full bathrooms. One located inside the house and one in the external area. (Shower, sink, toilet) There is no water heater. (The water comes from the tank, it is usually an ambient temperature). There are no televisions. The phone signal is poor. (This means that your stay is completely isolated from reality and you can connect and share with your guests). Living room - Dining room for (4) people - Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The social area (grill, dining room, benches, hammock area and a beautiful viewpoint located in the upper area of the house). Parking space for a maximum of two vehicles. Important points to consider: Water. The development has a 40,000-liter water tank. The water comes directly from the city. Although we have water all day, it is important to ration it, since the water from the street goes directly to the tank. Sometimes the city does not supply it regularly, which is why we ask you and your guests to be mindful. To access the beach, walk down the street of the complex, then you will find some stairs where there is a fence with a padlock, (do not forget to bring the key when you go down to the beach to be able to open this padlock). Then you'll come across a wooden pier. It's important not to forget your beach shoes. These are coral and stone beaches. The water is amazing and in the early hours of the morning you can see that it is completely crystal clear. If you can't swim, it's recommended to wear a life jacket, because it's a deep cove. Smoking and vaping are completely prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Garbage generated during the stay must be left inside the house in plastic bags. The reason is to prevent any animal from breaking the garbage and causing a mess with it. Finally, it is important to remember and let our guests know that the rest of the properties surrounding our beach house are private property. None of these should be accessed.
