Dimora il Cortile is a small, state-of-the-art urban building, where modernity is combined with the concept of old Milan's "ringhiera" houses: balconies and a steel walkway run along the inner courtyard, opening onto terraces and the apartments' large loggias; on the 1st floor is our charming, totally new two-room apartment, with minimal furnishings, without neglecting the needs of those who live there: you will feel at home, in a relaxing atmosphere of urban charm. The space Inside the Dimora il Cortile, on the 1st floor with elevator, is our two-room apartment, designed indistinctly for business or leisure stays. Each space has been designed to ensure maximum comfort: the furnishings are modern and well-kept and the spaces are functional and very bright. The living area features an Ernestomeda kitchen (complete with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine with pods), with an adjacent dining area and a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed (Poltronesofà brand) and a 47-inch LG smart TV; through a full-height glass wall you can access the charming terrace, which is also the entrance to the apartment, as well as an extension of the living room outside: in the summer, you can take advantage of it to eat and relax outdoors, enjoying the intimacy of the courtyard overlooked by all the apartments of the Residence. By accessing the hallway (where there is also the laundry cabinet, with an attached washing machine), you will find a front door that leads to the bathroom, with a window, a refined design and a large modern shower; from the door on the right, instead, you will enter the double bedroom, also bright, with a window overlooking another pleasant terrace. Guest access A totally new house (in a building that is also newly built), entirely available for guests. Other things to note We live nearby and like to welcome our guests in person, get to know them and, if necessary, offer ideas and information that go beyond the usual tourist stops: what to visit, the new avant-garde neighborhoods, places to eat or where to experience the atmosphere of a characteristic Milanese aperitif.
