The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with double bed, clothes rack or rack and air conditioning; - Living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning; - Complete kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, conventional kettle, blender, air-fryer, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with 4 seats; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Balcony with sea view. - It has a washing machine and iron. - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space. NOTE: We inform you that renovation work will be carried out in the condominium, covering the hallways and the pool area. The scheduled period for the work is from 08/19 to 08/30/2025. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee. We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid at check-in directly to the host; - Pets must relieve themselves only on the street, and any damage caused to the property will be charged during check-out inspection; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may incur fines; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - The use of an identification wristband is mandatory for circulation within the condominium premises; - Any disrespect is the responsibility of the guest, as are any fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
