Famous wineries, golf courses, kayaking, horse back riding and much more in area. The space This home is open to long term rentals as well. Main house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private casita with a kitchenette and bathroom that is also on the property which is slightly separated from the main house, perfect for privacy. This property is in a gated private community with close neighbors so loud parties and music are not allowed. Quiet hours are 9pm-9am and if you can hear the music outside, it’s too loud . This is a beautiful very popular property and it is terraced and multi levels. The upper home is all one level and there are a few steps to patio and the terraced property with stairs down to pool and casita areas. There is NO fence around the pool therefore children need to be carefully watched. Owner will not be made responsible for any person or child falling or hurting themselves for any reason on this property. Guest access Full access to the property. There’s an upper and lower entrance and two separate parking areas. Your host will send you access codes to both entrances. You will need to interact with host prior to arrival on phone numbers other than the air bnb app, as this is a private community in Mexico and the air bnb GPS address is not accurate. Due to this inaccuracy and limited app function on air bnb the host will send you links and videos to direct you to the property on your cell number, not on the air bnb app. Should you refuse the hosts necessity to do this, the host has the right to cancel the reservation.
