All windows and doors are equipped with screens for your comfort. • The roads are unpaved and may become muddy when it rains. • Just a quick reminder: for your safety, please keep the door locked when you go out and at night. The area is safe, but it’s always better to be cautious. • Our property is located in a developing area. From time to time, there may be construction or road work in the neighborhood. While this is not something we can control, it is temporary and part of the area’s ongoing growth.
