The space This is a spacious 2500 square foot home with a large kitchen including a breakfast nook, a separate dining area and a large living room area. The home has three bedrooms all with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a large attached bathroom and extra room, which can be used for many purposes. This space could be used for a meeting room, game area, or extra cots, if you have a few extra quests. There is a small desk area off of the kitchen and a complete laundry room. Guest access The entire house, large front yard, large back yard with patio. The lot is .63 acres, all is available to the guest except the garage and storage container. Other things to note There are two king beds and one queen bed in the house. We have two cots available for extra quests beyond 6 at additional costs. We have horse boarding available for extra charge. Care and feeding of your horse are your responsibility. Water available for your use.
