The quiet non-smoking apartment "Klarheit" with a separate entrance on the ground floor of the former estate distillery awaits you. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards and fields. The accommodation is partially barrier-free. A sofa bed is available in the living room for a third person. The space The apartment was completely renovated with a lot of love using sustainable and building biologically high-quality building materials. If it rains, you can also use the covered terrace of the manor garden after consultation and availability. In winter, a wall heater radiates cozy warmth into the rooms under clay plaster. In summer, the massive building ensures a pleasant room climate, so you can feel comfortable in any season. In the bathroom, a ceiling heater is also installed above the 90x150 cm walk-in shower. The needed heat is sustainably generated via residual wood from the nearby forest. A large part of the electrical energy is also extracted from the sun on site. Your hosts are Julia and Samuel. They live and work with the family, cats and a dog on farm Ruckhardtshausen. In the fields around the farm grow wheat, barley, rapeseed, sugar beet, corn, beans, and peas.
