***PLEASE READ all notes below before booking*** Our condo has been newly renovated with a mid-century vibe and is a 2 story 3BR/3BA condo conveniently located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps 7 guests maximum. Close by and a 5-10 minute walk is the the LA Kings/Mammoth Ice Rink, Mammoth Rock "N" Bowl, Mammoth Tavern Restaurant and Vons along with so many other close by businesses. Right outside the Complex is the red line that takes you thru town and to The Village and Main Lodge. The space You will enjoy this mid-century newly remodeled 2 story townhome in the Chateau Blanc complex located in the heart of town with close proximity to shops, great restaurants and shuttle stops. Only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge as well. You will enter the townhome on the ground floor which has direct access from the outside. You may park in the one car garage or directly in front of the unit. The first floor has two bedrooms and two full baths. ~The first bedroom is the master with a king bed, dresser, an ensuite bathroom, 55' smart tv (using your own passwords) and Samsung channel app. Also, has USB plugs behind both bedside tables. ~The second bedroom has one queen/twin bunk bed, 43" smart tv (using your own passwords) and Samsung channel app along with its own full bathroom across the hall. The closet contains storage for your belongings/clothes. The second floor consists of the third bedroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room. Also a wrap around deck. ~The third bedroom has vaulted ceilings and one queen bed, 55" smart tv (using your own passwords) and Samsung channel app along with its own full bathroom across the hall. The closet contains storage for your belongings/clothes. ~The kitchen has all new appliances, Wolf and LG, for you to enjoy and cook all the meals you like. Refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, built in microwave, oven and stove with hood. Dishware, glasses, wine glasses, baking pans, cookware, utensils, crock pot, serving bowls, toaster, blender, Cuisinart carafe and k-pod single coffee maker all in one, and spices. ***Plasticware for the pool area for use in the spring and summer months or for children if needed*** ~Dining table seats 8 ppl. ~Living room has vaulted ceilings with an L-shape very comfortable couch for lounging or watching the 55" smart TV (using your own passwords) and Samsung channel app. There is an electric heater fireplace. No wood or pellets. ~Wrap around deck. ***BBQ and furnishings have been removed for the winter months. 1/1 thru end of winter*** There is high speed internet in the unit. Network and password are posted in the townhome in the Welcome Book that sits on the living room coffee table. We have an LG new washer and dryer for your convenience in the downstairs hallway. HE laundry detergent only please. Keyless entry. Door will be given 24-48 hours before booked visit. Unit consists of one car garage and parking in complex area. Pool and hot tub is not open in the cold and snowy winter months. In the warmer months please bring your own pool towels. We aren't a hotel so pool/hot tub towels are not supplied. We supply bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags for your convenience. Again, this is not a hotel and towels and supplies are not supplied on a daily basis. Please contact me directly, if more supplies are needed. PLEASE NOTE: ~ This is not a Hotel, but someone's personal place. Please be respectful and read the house rules carefully and the check out list that is located in the front door area. ~ Front door is monitored by an outside security camera. ~ We do not allow pets, but re: service/assistance dogs, If it's discovered that your service/assistance animal has violated Airbnb policy, then the Guest will be asked to vacate the listing without refund. No exceptions! Therefore, we expect that the assistance animal is under the owner’s control all the time and may not be left alone in the condo and must be with owners at all times. They must be leashed on the premises at all times. No exceptions! Please pick up all waste and dispose of it in the trash receptacles on site.
