Ranch by the river with a complete leisure area for you and your family! The space Property with a large outdoor area with a swimming pool, view and access to Lake Furnas (Mar de Minas). There are two en-suites and two bedrooms with beds equipped to welcome you, your family and friends. We also have 2 more full bathrooms. Do you like games? We have a pool table, foosball, playing cards, racquetball, shuttlecock and badminton. Playroom with trampoline, slide, horse and several other toys for children to enjoy! How about a beer with a barbecue? There's that too! An area with a barbecue, fire pit, brewery, ice machine, all ready for your use, and we even have a dishwasher to help organize everything. In all, we have: 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress in suite 1 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 extra mattress in suite 2 1 double bed + 2 single beds in bedroom 3 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 mattress in bedroom 4 1 single bed in the downstairs kitchen. Note the need to bring an extra mattress. Guest access Exclusive entrance and space to park several vehicles. The facilities will be fully available, only the use of vessels that can be negotiated separately is restricted. Other things to note - Did you need any items? No problem, the ranch is just 3 km from Figueira, where you can find basic items, and 10 km from São José da Barra/MG, which has a complete infrastructure of supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, a hospital, etc. - Close to tourist attractions such as Mirante dos Canyons, Cachoeiras do Complexo Capivara, Pedra Ancorada, Cascatinha, Paraíso Perdido, Quebra Anzol, Clube Náutico. - We have a wide variety of fruit trees on the property, and you can pick some fruit and prepare your healthy breakfast. We also have a vegetable garden with spices and herbs! - It is common to see several animals such as toucans, wild ducks, loons and even capybaras.
