Some larger trucks or vans may have trouble parking here. Long bed trucks will not fit. Welcome to 7 Seas, Unit 2, a charming and private retreat located on the second level of a small 7-unit building on Tybee Island! This cozy getaway offers a private entrance for your exclusive use. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting space with one bedroom featuring a queen bed, ensuring a restful stay. The unit also includes one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook meals—including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor lounge area, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding with a drink in the evening. A shared on-site laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. Tybee Island is a hidden gem off the Georgia coast, offering a laid-back, beachy atmosphere with all the essentials just steps away. And when you're ready for a change of scenery, the rich history and charm of Savannah are just a short drive away. Whether you're here for a beach escape, water adventures, or exploring Savannah’s historic streets, 7 Seas is the perfect home base! Other things to note Commonly Asked Questions: •Do you provide beach gear? -No, we do not provide beach gear or beach towels. However, there are several rental shops on the island where you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials. •What time is check-in and check-out?: -Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. •Can I check in early?: -We cannot guarantee early check-in in advance. However, if your unit is ready before the scheduled check-in time, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are unable to accommodate early parking or hold luggage before check-in. •Is late check-out available?: -We will not know if late check-out is possible until the evening before your departure. If available, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request. •Are pets allowed?: -No, we have a strict no-pet policy, and this includes emotional support animals (ESAs). •Is there additional parking?: -Each unit comes with one free parking space. If you have additional vehicles, Tybee Island has island-wide pay-to-park spots. We recommend using the ParkTYB app, which costs approximately $40 per day for parking. •How far is Savannah from Tybee Island?: -Historic Savannah is approximately 18 miles (25-30 minutes by car) from Tybee Island, making it an easy day trip for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. •What is the nearest airport?: -The closest airport is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), which is about 27 miles (45 minutes by car) from Tybee Island. •How do I get to and from the airport? -You can easily Uber or Lyft to Tybee Island from the airport or Savannah. However, rideshares and taxis are not always available when leaving the island. If you need a ride back to the airport, we recommend scheduling it in advance and allowing plenty of time for island traffic delays. Luke’s Rides is a great option for prearranged airport transportation. •How can I get around on the island?: -If you’re staying on Tybee and need local transportation, Crab Cab or Turtle Taxi can take you anywhere on the island for just $3 per person. •Is the kitchen fully equipped?: -Yes! The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide coffee pods, powdered creamer, and sugar to get you started, but you'll need to bring your own ingredients to whip up your delicious coastal feast! Don’t forget your favorite condiments and spices. •Do you provide toiletries and linens?: -We provide basic toiletries such as body wash and shampoo, as well as fresh linens and towels. However, guests should bring their own toothpaste, sunscreen, and beach towels. •Is there Wi-Fi and a TV?: -Yes! Each unit has free Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming capabilities. Guests must log into their own streaming accounts. •Is the unit accessible for guests with mobility concerns?: -Some units are on the ground floor, while others are on the second level and require stairs to access. If you have mobility concerns, please check the unit details before booking. •Do you allow parties or events?: -No, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings out of respect for other guests and neighbors. •Is smoking allowed?: -Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
