Entire house located in the Medellín area of Veracruz. Only a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Boca del Rio and 25 minutes from downtown Veracruz. The room is fully air-conditioned, with hot water, WiFi, laundry area, full kitchen with services and television. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, a large shared outdoor area with a swimming pool, a soccer field, children's games, and a barbecue area. The palapas have tables and chairs that can also be used by guests. POOL RULES • Hours: o Monday: CLOSED for maintenance. o Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 9:30 pm. o Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. o Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. • IT IS FORBIDDEN TO INGEST ALL KINDS OF DRINKS AND FOOD INSIDE THE POOL AND ON ITS EDGES. Food and drinks should only be placed in the palapas. • Swimwear is mandatory; it is strictly forbidden to enter with any other type of clothing (cotton, denim and any other type of non-synthetic garment). In the case of babies, the diaper must be special for the pool. • You must shower in the showers before using the pool and, if using sunscreen, apply it 30 to 40 minutes before entering the pool. • The use of foul and/or vulgar vocabulary in common areas is prohibited. • The use of any sound device must not disturb the condominium owners. • Rules for the Use of Grills • To use the grills, you must leave your INE in the booth, which will be exchangeable for the grill. • When you finish using them, you must leave both the barbecue and the grill clean. Other things to note Access to cargo or large vehicles is prohibited. • Respect the direction of vehicular traffic (one way only). • Respect the speed limit of 10 km/hrs. • Vehicles may only be parked in the drawers of the house (2 vehicles maximum). • Visitors will park outside the cluster and must identify themselves with the guard. Prior notice to the gatehouse by the owner. PET RULES • Pets within the cluster must be on a leash and it will be the owner's responsibility to collect their pet's feces. • Pets are not allowed in the common areas: internal corridors, planters, playgrounds, palapas, pool, courts and lounge.
