Guest room is on 2nd floor; has comfy queen bed, 2 windows w/ blackout curtains, side table w/deep drawers, writing table, lamps, ceiling fan, chair, big closet, private bathroom. Dining room w/ patio, guest fridge, cooking privileges. Great bay & mountain view in park a block away. 1-3 mi to movies, Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's others. 3 mi to Richmond BART 7 mi to bridge to Marin County 21 mi to SF The space This is a two story townhome in a quiet neighborhood, great for walks and runs. Views of the Bay and Mt. Tamalpais are viewable from benches in our private neighborhood mini-park, a block away. The 2nd floor guest room and private bath are at opposite end of hallway from host's room. Washer/dryer access. Well-equipped kitchen, indoor dining room or patio dining. In 2019, Sean, a guest, said "Clean home and organized. The Airbnb had everything I needed and was very comfortable...Cynthia was a terrific host...I highly recommend this Airbnb." Close to grocery stores, Walmart, Trader Joe's, and bridges to other parts of the Bay Area, including just 7 mi from quaint Point Richmond and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge -- gateway to Marin County, with its famous Pt. Reyes National Seashore and Muir Woods. Very little traffic near the home because the street doesn't get "through traffic". Note - One indoor cat lives in the home but isn't permitted in the guest room. Guest access Main door is on the right side of the home. One driveway spot for guest car on *far* right side of driveway. Free parking on the street subject to city regs re: street cleaning hours. Some basics are provided for guests just at the start of visit: tea, sugar, coffee, instant oatmeal, bread or English muffins, a stick of butter, fresh fruit, and the like. Share kitchen, dining room, and kitchen patio with owner. Washer/dryer access. Other things to note There's a full flight of inside stairs (hardwood), with railing, to the 2nd floor bedroom and guest private bathroom.
