Characteristic Cottage

My charming 2 bedroom listed cottage is central to the general store and cosy Irish pub in the quaint well served village of Wansford. Rather than spend £175+ for a room at the disappointing Haycock Hotel right by; instead be captivated by the comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and extensive, eclectic art and book collection offered here for your enjoyment. Spiritual? Guests are welcome to use my ‘Sanctum’ outbuilding, a tranquil, sacrosanct temple dedicated to cosmic enlightenment. The space The house is equipped to a high standard. The living room has two soft leather sofas sat in front of a large HD TV complete with Netflix. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer plus a deluxe barista coffee machine. The guest bedroom is bright and quiet with a very comfortable double bed. The guest washing facilities are in the downstairs bathroom which has a wonderful deep bath complete with shower attachment. The property has LPG gas central heating. There’s also a custom built temple/shrine reconstructed in an outbuilding in the back garden. It’s an excellent place to unwind and spiritualise. Guest access Guests will be provided with keys to the property. The only room that is off limits to guests is the master bedroom. The wifi access is strongly protected with a VPN, though guests will be given the code for full internet access throughout the house. During your stay I will offer my mobile phone number to guests so any issues that maybe raised can be dealt with over the phone. Other things to note I am a smoker so please be aware of that when booking. I have no pets though would consider hosting well behaved animals too if that’s a consideration.
