Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa.
