Whether you're traveling through or you're a local looking for a getaway, you'll find a hidden paradise with us. We're here for communal living and making memories. The space ABOUT THE SUITE Our private suite is a sweet oasis that is comfortable, spacious, modern and intimate. This room has 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. It is designed to accommodate one person or up to 5 (with sharing the beds, of course). Spend the day surfing and getting to know other guests, and then tuck away in the privacy of your own space. There is a connected bathroom just for you, complete with a rainstyle shower and contemporary features. The suite includes a desk, closet storage, reading corner and private access outside. ABOUT OUR PROPERTY Our property was built in 2023 and has all the modern amenities you might be looking for. Complete with indoor as well as outdoor lounge space, you'll feel at home! With a 'Salvadoran Chic' style, you'll see how we celebrate Salvadoran culture with a contemporary flare. The design of the house was intentional so as to uplift local artisans and procure natural materials, such as cement, conocaste and cortez blanco. Almost all of our furniture and fixtures are made from wood that is native to the land by local craftsmen. We are proud to work with and empower our neighbors. The house has 2 guest rooms - one dormitory style and the other is a private suite. The dorm room has a spacious shared bathroom with plenty of storage space. Our private suite has their own bathroom. Our property managers live onsite in another part of the house and are there for support however you might need - travel suggestions, house operations, etc. As we are a communal living home, we have shared use of the kitchen and lounge spaces. There's plenty of space for everyone! Whether you're a digital nomad looking for secure wifi to work or a surfer on a quest for the best waves, Flow House has it all - space, comfort, modern living, and community connection. Guest access The Private Suite will have their dedicated room and bathroom. We've included a hangout as well as work area in the private room so you have all the space to tuck away and do you when needed. All other areas including the kitchen, living room, outdoor lounge and BBQ are communal areas. During your stay Flow house is a home - not a hotel or hostel, but a house that functions as a guest house. This is an intentional living community where there are onsite hosts that both live at home while also managing the home. While our hosts live and work locally on the coast or online, they are also present for guest support and community connection. Hosts will be available should you need guidance on the area, shopping, touring or surfing. You will also see them ‘doing their thing’ and being out and about or working. However, they will be reachable by phone should you need anything! Guests are encouraged to do to their thing! You are independent to work, hang, surf, and if you’d like to be included in group outings or meals, you can join as well. You let us know what your vibe is and what you’re looking for. We like to get to know people and share our love for El Salvador with them.
