Close to shopping, restaurants, Portland (13 mi) & beaches (4 mi). The space Our newly constructed 1BD, 1 BA 1st floor apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Saco. It is fully furnished with all of the necessities that a traveling professional will need from full cookware/bakeware, spices, linens, and starter cleaning supplies & bath products. A guest will feel right at home in our bright and modern apartment. All utilities, including heat/AC, water, electricity, WiFi, weekly trash pick up & and snow removal are included in the monthly rental cost. The apartment features one bedroom with a full-sized bed, spacious closet, dresser, & black out curtains. Bathroom has an oversized shower, storage cabinet & vanity, as well as in-unit washer & dryer. The open concept living/dining area has a 36 inch flat screen tv with Roku. The kitchen features full-sized appliances. Guest will also enjoy a parking space in our driveway with private entrance to the unit & access to a lovely side yard area with fire pit. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment and also parking on the left side of the driveway, and direct access to the private entrance to the unit. Other things to note PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK **Only two people are allowed to stay in the unit. **Hosts or guest may request a Facetime or video interview and unit walk-through with guest prior to reservation acceptance. **Guest will be required to agree to and sign our rental agreement. **If travel nurse/medical professional, guest will be required to provide travel employment contract with dates of employment prior to acceptance of reservation. If guest is not a travel medical professional, guest must agree to background check at guest expense. **Owners live next door & are available to assist with any maintenance issues. While our dog is mostly quiet, she does bark occasionally when people first arrive at our home (such as delivery drivers.) **Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on our property. **There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the EXTERIOR of the home, facing the driveway, as well as motion detector lights. We do NOT have any cameras inside the home or on the exterior that are facing the inside of the home.
