Vacation house 2-BR in Carcar City Cebu

READ CAREFULLY ABOUT THE DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING Please manage your expectation of our place since it is not hotel/condo and not renovated. The place is 2.5hr away from Cebu City. When you reach Carcar City, the landmark is Gaisano Grand Carcar, we are 2mins. drive and 10mins walk. The space The property is inside a family’s compound. It is safe, secure, quiet and relaxing. It is spacious inside and out so you can do events that can accommodate up to 50-100 persons with additional cost. It has plenty of plants around. RULES: Guests should provide their IDs before checking in for safety and security purposes. Also all the names of the guests with corresponding age. There is additional fee of 300/person if more than the number of guests in the booking are staying in the house. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. Other things to note Guests must communicate with us 2 days before the arrival. I can arrange private airport car pick-up and recommendations on cheap and good local tours of Cebu City and the provincial areas of Cebu(Ex. Whole shark watching at Oslob, Kawasan Falls, and Island hopping tour, etc.). It will include itinerary and costing information for your reference/guidance. This is to make sure that my guests would have a lasting and memorable travel experience. I can assist with your check-in even late at night. Please advise me what time will you arrive. Please list the exact number of guests. We require you to send us the valid IDs of all those occupying the unit BEFORE arrival so that our caretaker will let you in. Non-registered guests has to be additional cost. We continue to improve our place for your enjoyment.
