We, Valérie and Yannick, would love to host you in "l'App'Art", a cozy 33 m2 ground floor apartment with sea view, fully renovated and decorated with small touches referring to Art, and in which 2 people can stay comfortably. Everything in this apartment has been designed to ensure you have a zen and pleasant stay. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Baie de Somme for a moment of guaranteed tranquility. The space The apartment includes a living room with 102 cm connected TV (you can connect to your Netflix, OCS, etc. account), a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, range hood, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.), spacious shower room with a washer-dryer and hairdryer, separate toilet and a bedroom with a king-size bed with quality bedding. Duvet, pillows, linens and duvet cover, towels, shower mat and dish towels are provided. You can also connect to high-speed fiber via Wi-Fi. A baby crib can be provided on request. Guest access You will have access to the whole place with a main entrance. Other things to note At Ault Onival, you have the option to launch your small pleasure boat. For your arrival, we provide 4 coffee pods, 4 tea bags, a bottle of water as well as sugar and a roll of toilet paper. Parking is free on the street and in parking lots. Electricity and water meter readings are taken daily via the internet to prevent potential leaks or abuse. From May 1 to September 30, we favor one-week stays, in our opinion, necessary to fully discover all that this region offers us. The accommodation is non-smoking
