Beautiful House in Paúba

Charming and practical one-story house, close to the beach (200 m), within walking distance! In addition to the main house, we have a very charming edicule with a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. A beautiful garden, balcony with barbecue and pizza oven. Nature and tranquility! We set the price for eight people, but the house can accommodate up to 12 people in beds. The space In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single (with 3 single beds - masonry bunk beds, two beds at the top and one at the bottom), and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room, which leads to a balcony and central garden. The hallway of the bedrooms also overlooks this central garden (great for lounging in the hammock). There is a covered barbecue and a sink next to the main house's balcony. In the back, we have a separate room with a masonry bunk bed and a bathroom, facing the back garden, and also a small house with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. It is small and cozy, and in this space there is a balcony with a barbecue and pizza oven. Guest access We are renting the entire house, so there is access to all the rooms. Only a small room with material will be locked. Changes can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Other things to note The beds in the main house are masonry, and in the single bedrooms there are two beds on top (bunk beds). Electricity 220 W.
