Apartment privileges: •Bedroom 1: King Bed 180x200cm, wardrobe, night tables, chest of drawers •Bedroom 2: Two single beds ( 90x200 and 80x190), bedside table, wardrobe, desk •Kitchen: Modernly decorated and equipped kitchen with dining area, combined refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer •Living room: TV, air conditioning, sofa (120x190 extendable), loveseat, armchair •Bathroom: Shower, Washer + Dryer •Terrace with seating Other things to note • Please respect check-in and check-out times, so we have enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. • You are handing over your ID upon date for occupancy check in. • Please respect the peace and quiet in the apartment and surrounding area, especially from 22:00 to 07:00 hours. Please do not make noise that may disturb other guests or residents of the building. • The number of people staying in the suite must not exceed the number stated in the reservation! • Strictly NO smoking in the suite! Violation of this rule will be charged 100km • Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Please follow trash disposal rules. • Please use the air conditioning and heating carefully, and turn them off when you are not present in the apartment • It is not allowed in the suite to host parties or any gatherings that may interfere with the peace of the residents of the building. By breaking this rule, we reserve the right to remove you from the apartment.
