Welcome to our cozy haven nestled in the heart of downtown Orlando! This modern, immaculate apartment offers a serene escape amidst the vibrant city life. With a focus on cleanliness and comfort, this space promises a tranquil retreat after a day exploring the city's attractions. Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located, allowing easy access to Orlando's bustling entertainment, dining, and cultural hotspots while reveling in the peace and quiet of your own private oasis. The space This property is intended for a maximum of two adults only. In the event of an emergency, call 911 first, then call/text me immediately. See section “other details to note” for important information regarding your stay. Guest access There is a brick paver walkway from the sidewalk that leads around the right side of the front house directly to the apartment in the rear. On the keypad, enter the code provided by your host and press the "Home" key (lower left) and the door will unlock. Light switches are on your immediate left wall when you walk in. To lock, simply press the lock button (lower right). Always confirm door is locked before leaving. Always keep the outside light on of the apartment. There are motion spotlights mounted on each corner of the main house eave for increased safety and visibility. Other things to note Overview: This apartment is intended for mid term stays (30+ days) only. While essential items like plates, pots & pans, cups, bowls, coffee maker, etc. are provided, items such as toiletries, foods, overnight needs, etc are not provided and will need to be purchased by the guests as needed. Lease: All stays 30 days or more will require a lease to be signed between all guests and landlord. All guests must secure and provide proof of renters insurance at least 72 hours prior to check in. All guests are required to provide a valid email address where the lease can be sent for execution. Pets: $100 non refundable pet fee required. $30/pet rent per month, max one pet.
