Welcome to The Roller Rink Loft — 301, your third floor retreat once a former roller rink transformed into a stylish modern retreat. Embodies the spirit of a NYC loft in quaint small town while offering a view over Main Street. It's tailored for big multi-families, groups, corporate events, or multiple friends to gather. Sleeps 10 comfortably with room for more. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious living area. Enjoy large windows and historic charm of Madison's shops and riverfront. Guest access You will be provided building and room access codes 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note The historical building has the original floors in all of the lofts, which can carry sound down to the lower floors, so please be considerate of the noise in the large gathering space. We have added some sound proofing products, but noise will still pass to the lower floors. We have a quiet time policy from 10:30pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. We monitor noise with a noise monitoring device in the large gathering space, that might message you if the noise exceeds a threshold.
